Hi my name is Ava and I am 13 years old. My sister Georgia was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when she was just 4 years old.
I have decided to swim 7.5k on Saturday 5th May 2018 in Lisburn Leisure Plex to raise money for a newly founded charity T1DCAT.
