As most of you already know my mum suddenly passed away on Saturday 29th April 2017. This was so unexpected and at 61 my mum wasn't ready to go. My mum had never spoke about her death and hadn't thought it would happen so soon so has no funeral plan or funds set aside to cover funeral costs. As these are so extremely high her immediate family cannot cover the full cost of the funeral.
Without the 1st £1000 we cannot go ahead and have the funeral and I know a few people have asked how they can help with funeral costs, hence why I have set up this account.
Please don't feel pressurised into anything as this is not my attention, we simply want to give my mum the best send off she truly deserves as its the last thing we can do for her now. We are aware of the funeral grant, but this does not even come close to the amount of the funeral.
