Lucas Garrett and BMX buddies are taking part in a 5 hour relay of the Ramsey BMX track; to raise enough funds to purchase an iPad for the Isle of Man children's ward.

Lucas has spent numerous nights in nobles children's ward suffering from asthma. As an active outdoorsy child, being unable to run around and play during his stays brings him feelings of frustration.

Lucas spent some time on the hospitals iPad playing games and watching videos whilst getting better, which along with the staff's positive and caring attitudes improved his mood - iPads are expensive and as such the children's ward only has a small number. Lucas is hoping to purchase more iPads for the c.w so that children who are to ill or unable to be physically active can have some fun!

Anything above the cost of an iPad (or multiple iPads) will be put towards buying the amazing children's ward staff some much deserved treats.

The 5 hour relay will take place November 25th from the 10am - 3pm at the Ramsey BMX track (isle of Man) and will be kicked off by Lucas.

All donations are greatly received and will go directly to the cost of purchasing iPad(s)/ treats and will be presented by Lucas.
