Sadly on the 6th March 2018 Sam Patefield lost the fight after 3 months in hospital after needing 3 liver transplant in total. The first one was when he was 12 years old and made an incredible recovery and continued with his life. But unfortunately after many ups and downs he was unable to make the same recovery. We are now raising money for the liver unit who were amazing with Sam and so many others also the make a wish charity who helped sam back when he was 12. These are very close to our heart.
