My lovely friend and work colleague Liz needs our help.

On Tuesday morning, Liz’s beautiful sausage dog Scooby suffered a freak accident which has led to her being treated at an Animal hospital and requiring surgery. Although she has pain receptors in her back feet, Scooby is having to have her bladder expressed for her and is paralysed.

Scooby came to Liz, along with her sister Scamp, when their owner unfortunately passed away. Scooby and Scamp were regular clients at our work, and Liz developed a very special bond with them, and straight away offered to give them a home. Since then, they’ve gained 3 brothers, two cats and one dog, and have the most wonderful life. They want for nothing.

Liz is one of the most kind hearted, empathetic people I know. The love she gives to her pets goes beyond measure, and she would do anything for them. And not just her own pets, I’ve seen Liz go above and beyond to help other people with their pets. Liz would do anything to help anyone, so it’s time to do the helping for her.
