My wonderful, beloved father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's over two years ago and recently with prostate cancer. Luckily there is an operation and treatment available that can help him, but due to the collapse of the Venezuelan economy (currently at 24,000% inflation) and the loss of the national health service, all treatments must be paid for and sent from abroad. My father is an incredible character and well known for his love of life and positive, creative mindset. He is a poet, a musician and an asset to the community where he lives. He is my foundation and the inspiration for me as an artist and the person I am.
