Story
Dedicated to Rachel.
She was admitted to hospital with Pneumonia and needing major heart surgery, after weeks of recovery Rachel was well enough to be allowed home on Christmas day, Where she had spent precious time with her family. Only Several weeks into her being home unfortunately due to complications Rachel was admitted back into hospital.
Tragically on Tuesday 6th February 2018
Rachel Louise Williams Aged 26 passed away surrounded by her family.
All donations will be greatly appreciated and will go towards her funeral..
