On Sunday 15th April, I am taking part in a sponsored walk in memory of my beautiful cousin Lynn Davies, who sadly passed away on 27th January 2018, aged 45.
Lynn was born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus and was given a short life expectancy, but again and again she defied all odds and lived her life to the fullest, with friends and family around her.
Later in life, Lynn experienced kidney failure and had to endure renal dialysis treatment three times a week at Renal Unit, Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary.
The walk in memory of Lynn is to give something back to two fantastic organisations that played a massive part in Lynn's life, to enable them to continue the amazing work they do for patients, and their families.

All monies raised will be split between Renal Unit, DGRI and Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland.
