We are a group of colleagues from Lyreco UK & Ireland in Telford and we're hoping to raise £850 to help children in Madagascar get access to a better education through our in-house association Lyreco For Education!

Last year, we took on the challenge - Tough Mudder HALF - this year we're back, we're better and we're challenging ourselves to the max by taking on the FULL 12 mile challenge on September 9th!

Here’s a little reminder of what a great cause LFE is. The action plan is built around 4 objectives in Madagascar:

-To rebuild and renovate school facilities

-To improve the quality of education by training teachers and equipping schools

-To increase the awareness and involvement of parents regarding the importance of school

-To focus on disaster prevention for future cyclones

Starting out in 2008, the Lyreco For Education programme has raised funds from the 26 Lyreco countries to give children living in poor conditions a better access to education.

So Far:

-5 countries supported

-72,800 children enrolled in schools

-1,741,628 € collected & delivered to NGOs
