Since 1st April Venezuelans have been marching and striking to defend Venezuelan democracy. Unfortunately the government is using the military, paramilitary or collectivos and police forces to repress the opposition front (mainly students). So far there has been about 40 people killed, hundreds injured and thousands imprisoned.

They need our help to be able to buy supplies such as gas masks, helmets, vests and gloves in order to protect and defend themselves from tear gas, tear gas cans and sometimes bullets that are thrown directly at them. We also need help providing them with medical supplies (gauze, steri strips, etc) and antacid to treat them when injured.
