Hi all.

So after a few small bets between people about myself and Ben Reid shaving our heads, We have decided along with Mark Hall to shave them in aid of 2 charities that I hold close to my heart and say goodbye to our long flowing locks.

Rock4Olly - Olly Liddle is a 13 year old lad from my old rugby club Whitley Bay Rockcliff, who has devastatingly been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer). In order to give Olly the best fighting chance of being tumor free, he has had his leg removed above the knee. Not only this, at the age of 7, Olly lost his mam to this awful awful disease, a disease that has also affected my family as my mam fought cancer 8 years ago. The money raised will go to the teenage cancer trust who are helping to care for Olly.

Combat stress - Recently a friend of mine, Dave Jukes, took his own life after struggling with life outside of the military. This charity helps veterans of all ages deal with post traumatic stress.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated by ourselves and both causes.
