Story
My nephew Zack was born 15 weeks premature weighing only 1lb15oz he only shared a few presious hours with his mummy an daddy and sadly passed away.
I sadly never got to meet my nephew i got to the hospital and i was to late. Unfortantly Zack hasnt got a headstone so im going to try an raise the money as i feel its the last thing i can do for him and help my sister so she doesnt have to worry about it anymore.
Zack has 2 big brothers and a little sister and doing this would make his resting place better for them to visit as he has a wooden cross which has faded over the years and looks tatty.
