Weʼre raising £1,000 to keep the number 35 bus running in littleover for another three weeks.
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
The number 35 bus in littleover is a major lifeline as without it many would not get out to do their own shopping, visit the doctors or meet up with friends.
The 35 bus is the only service linking Littleover and Mickelover village. It goes past Tesco, Iceland and the Co-op. It is convineant for the Royal Derby Hospital and two doctors surgeries, and it ends up at the top end of town on Gower street convenient for intu.
At the minute the service runs twice in the morning and twice at lunch time, Monday to Friday.
However with lack of footfall the bus is under funded and is on the verge of being taken away completely.
The ideal solution to this problem is to generate more footfall in the next few weeks.
The short term solution is to generate public funding to help save the bus.
If we raised the £1,000, this would keep our precious bus running for another three weeks.
Please can you help us not to be cut off from this vital service.
