I dont know if im okay to aak for a little help here im just running out of options. In january of this year i had an accident whilst working abroad shich is leading to me needing an operation next week. I cant work and have bills i need to pay and i was learning how to drive to go to america to help care for children whos familys cant do it themselves. My whole life has been put on hold and i just cant see my way out yet. Its six months recovery time too
