My Wife is in very urgent need to have all her teeth replaced with false ones. She has very low self confidence in her self, And it's getting worse. Due to medical conditions they are just rotten away. We have tried the nhs but sadley they can not to it. So im trying this as our only hope left. She dose not no about this im hoping to suprise her with raising the money. It would change her life in so many ways
