I am walking the Three Peaks challenge to raise money for my chosen charity.

What is the Three Peaks challenge?

The aim is to walk up Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England) and Snowdonia (Wales) all within 24 hours.

The charity helps girls and boys between the ages of 11 and 30 who are unemployed or struggling at school to transform their lives. Many of these young people are in, or leaving, care, facing issues such as homelessness or mental health issues or have been in trouble with the law.

Their free programmes give young people the practical and financial support they need to stabilise their lives. They help them develop key skills while boosting their confidence and motivation so they can continue to dream big.

Why am I doing it?

These young people who need your help have returned £1.4 billion to society through securing jobs with help they receive from different charities over the last 10 years. The empowerment these young people now possess is invaluable and gives them life skills they would not have learned without the charities help.

I need your help.

I have a target of £650 which will help transform the lives of many young people. £23 will get a young person to a day of speed interviews which will help them find a job. £55 could give 3 young people an hour of mentoring. £84 could give advice and support to 30 young people calling our helpline.
