I am going to attempt 24 workouts of the day (WODs) in 24 hours with the Crossfit Consilium team. Those include 5K rowing, loads of burpees and famous Murph.

We're doing it to raise money for two great causes close to the Box's heart. Those are fighting cystic fibrosis (CF) and muscular dystrophies (MD).

CF is a life-limiting genetic condition affecting more than 10,000 people across the UK.

MD are a group of inherited genetic conditions that gradually cause the muscles to weaken, leading to an increasing level of disability. In the UK, more than 70,000 people have MD or a related condition.

The fun (and I mean it) starts at 12pm Saturday 21st October and finishes at 12pm Sunday 22nd October at Crossfit Consilium, Trafford Moss Rd, Astra Business Park, Trafford Park in Manchester (M17 1SQ).
