Dominik is 5 Year old boy, he was diogosed withSpastic Cerebral Palsy Hemiplegia also he have still sleeping Epilepsy, hope she will never wak up. Please help for Dominik to get enough money for intensive physiotherapy and Botox to be injected in to left hand and Dominik left leg. He need a intensive physiotheraphy every 6 Months for 3 weeks every day 4 hours a day, the cost only for physiotherapy is 1200 pounds plus flight and accommodation and meals so all together is around 3000. His physiotherapy is in Warsaw at Olinek Intensive Therapy.Please help Dominik to pay for his Phydioteraphy.
