Saturday can go down as training. We spent the day at Leeds Retro Rock Festival. Many steps made throughout the day, plus we walked the 5 miles home! Legs feeling fine. Meanwhile Charlie spent the afternoon at the Villa Gala of course. Well done all, sounds like you had a very successful day and the team getting as far as the semi final! Proud of you all.

The boys and I went out again the other night, all the way down to Kippax - along the lines - it's a lovely walk actually! Just under 6 miles in total which took about an hour. All done just before bedtime! Well at least the dog was happy ;-) Thanks to those who have donated so far - and please help by spreading the word.

Great progress training so far, having completed some fairly substantial walks over the past month. This week we plan to do at least an hour walks/runs, at least every other day at a good pace. We did a full circuit of Garforth last night measuring 6.5km, we did it in under the hour, which was a good quick walking pace. If you see us, give us a wave!
