Story
I am taking part in a cycle ride in memory of a colleague and friend who sadly was taken from us far too soon.
I will be taking on the challenge of the Welsh Velathon on the 12th July which is 148k.
The money raised will be used for a memorial bench and plaque in memory of Gareth Sparrow which will be placed outside Ysbyty George Thomas Hospital in Treorchy where Gareth worked for many years.
