Our beloved husband, dad and grandad sadly passed away on the 15th of June 2018. He fought a very long 18 month battle with high grade Lymphoma. Whilst staying in the Pevensey ward at Eastbourne General Hospital for many weeks of his battle, his only complaint was luke warm water. Rather than flowers (which he said was a waste of money) we as a family have decided to buy the ward insulated water jugs. We feel this is something he would have strongly agreed with and future patients will appreciate.
