My name is Martin and I have been an MS sufferer for 12 years. Two years ago I suffered a relapse which has left me wheelchair bound and needing daily support.
Recently I have become aware of a revolutionary treatment HSCT.
This is not available on the NHS and having researched this I have found a clinic in Mexico that will offer me this treatment.
I have booked to go to Mexico to start treatment on the 17 July 2017 and need to raise around £12,000 for travel expenses and living costs whilst I am there.
The whole of the treatment is about £60,000 and we have raised £48,000 ourselves from our house so we are short of £12,000 but any donation you can make would be gratefully appreciated.
This treatment will not cure me but should stop my disease getting worse.
It means I will be able to continue my life as a wheelchair user but still be able to do daily tasks without too much support from others.
