Story
Whitchurch Alport Media Manager Martin Wild suffered a horrific accident in the early hours of Monday morning (9/4/18) where he fainted suffering a serious neck injury. Major surgery was carried out to insert a titanium rod high up along his spine. Since the accident Martin has oly limited feeling from his neck down. He is currently in the wrekin ward at Oswestry. What recovery Martin has long term is unknown at this moment and the football club will keep everyone updated daily once we have any news. In the short term we wish to get the #FootballFamily together to help support someone who lives and breathes football, especially Non League with his fantastic work at Whitchurch Alport. However you can help it is greatly appreciated.

When I was 13 and wrote to the BEC with a long rambling letter you took the time to write back and answer all my questions, thank you. Thinking of you.
