Kundi is a small village in the heart of Hazara District in Haripur, Pakistan. By building an education centre in a secluded area, with little access to basic necessaties, we are able to boost economic and academic potential in the area and through the centre able to connect this village to the rest of the world.

Why?
Many of these agricultural areas don't have access to a good education system that can nurture the potential of young people. Because of no academic growth in the area there is no economic growth improving the region. This education centre can be accessed to a region of 30,000 people.

What?
As part of an international project to boost education in poor parts of the world we have already built a large masjid for the village of Kundi that can be accessed for miles around AND in the surrounding villages. The Bilal Education Centre will be erected next to this large masjid as it is already a hotspot for young people.

The centre will be four stories high and will offer English, Urdu, Maths, Sciences, Hifs, Social Studies, Media, IT, Geography, History, Buisness Studies, Art and a library. These are subjects we feel are important to a young person's development and we believe everyone deserves the chance to access this from a young age.

When?
We hope to complete this project within 5 years and call upon everyone capable to help us build this opportunity for the region. The Masjid has taken us 10 years to accomplish with the help of donations of communities around the UK. We are very grateful!
