In memory of a dear friend James Smith 'Smiffy'. I am aiming to raise as much money as I can to donate to the Alan Richens Epilepsy unit at the University Hospital Wales, Cardiff by taking on a Full Tough Mudder Event on the 23rd September 2017 at London South . Those who Know me will know this is a massive challenge and one I aim to overcome by attempting 10 miles of gruelling mud running with 26 obstacles including 10,000 volts of electricity , Water , Ice , hills and mud. We have been friends from a young age and shared many memories over the years and I wish to run this challenge in memory of James.
