Masoom Care is a community group who provide a warm and friendly environment for carers to meet and share their experiences with each other.

We also present a platform from which we can facilitate empowerment to the carers.

We have started this project because there is no facilities for BME carers who struggle to communicate, as English is not their first language.
Our staff can all speak Urdu and Punjabi.

We feel that there is a need for our project to enable carers to come together so that they do not feel isolated.

We provide activities such as light exercises as part of the sessions we hold. This can be Yoga, Zumba and Pilates.

We also have speakers invited to our sessions to educate the carers on issues such as Health and Well-being, Alzheimer's, Dementia and various other topics.
