We are aiming to develop affordable studio spaces for local practicing artists, as well as encouraging and creating an inclusive artistic space for emerging artists with a disability.

The studio space will also house a creative workshop for running facilitated art workshops specifically for those with disabilities and will also be available for others to rent.

This project is going to be a social enterprise, meaning it is it not for profit and purely to benefit the local community.

We have carried out research with local interested people and artists and have identified enough interested people to start to make the artist studio and workshop a reality. We do however need to raise some initial funds to cover start up costs. We have calculated we will need £4000 to cover initial costs and then the social enterprise will become self sufficient.

We are looking for people to help contribute to our goal, any amount will be extremely gratefully received and will go to create this artist community for local artists and disabled people.
