Dear all,
I am thrilled to be participating in the Original Volunteers programme in Morocco this August! I have been thinking about it for a while so what better time than now! :)
Most projects in this programme cater for children between the ages of 7 and 12 who have limited access to quality education or interaction with caring adults. This programme also offers great opportunities to help children (or adults) in a variety of different settings: homeless, orphanages, care homes.
I would appreciate your help to reach my fundraising goal, which is £500.
The money will be used to cover the fees of the programme (£250) and the flights (£235 - estimate 03.2017 - Ryanair). Any excess funds will be donated to the charity Children with Cancer UK.

Je suis ravi de vous annoncer que je vais participer au programme « Original Volunteers » cet été au Maroc.
C’est un programme de volontariat international qui a pour but d’aider les enfants au quotidien.
La plupart des projets de ce programme concernent les enfants agés de 7 à 12 ans, qui ont un accès limité à l’éducation ou des relations compliqués avec les adultes. Ce programme offre également de grandes opportunités pour aider les enfants dans des environnements différents (orphelinats, rues) mais aussi aider les adultes (sans domicile fixe, maison de retraite).
J’apprécierais grandement votre aide pour atteindre mon objectif de collecte de fonds, £500.
Ces dons seront utilisés pour couvrir les frais du programme (£250) et les frais de vol (£235 - estimation 03.2017 - Ryanair). Tous les excès de dons seront reversés à l'association Children with Cancer UK.

I'm a PE teacher who's decided to join international volunteering programmes to help children in need. Having spent most school breaks in Moroccan inner cities growing up, I have witnessed the struggles of local children living in poverty. I hope this trip will be 1st of many.
