Story
On the 26th November 2016 my incredible brother Russell Lee was hit by a car and sadly passed away on the 30th November 2016. He spent the last few days of his life in an induced coma at the John Radcliffe neurology intensive care unit and thanks to the amazing people working there we were allowed to be with him by his side through this terrible time. I am taking part in a few events with close friends and family and plan to raise some money as a way of saying thanks to these incredibly talented people and to help others going through similar situations.
The events I will be taking part in are the Reading half marathon, the Windsor duathlon and the Blenheim triathlon. If you are at any of the events then look out for the Racing for Russell shirts!
Any donations are highly appreciated and are going to an extremely good cause.
Better get training.

7 years agoWe completed the Reading half in 01:57:36! Thank you all so much for the donations and the support on the way round, it really means so much to us all. There is still 8 days left for the people who haven't donated to get their donations in so I have raised the target one last time. Lets make it to the target so we can take a huge £2000 to the John Radcliffe hospital. Big love from Team Grit xxx
