Story
I'm having a party to celebrate my 30th birthday and we will also be celebrating Jacob's 1 year anniversary. The whole thing will be a fundraiser for our charity, Jacob's Star.
I know a few people who have been invited who cant make it have said they would like a way to donate still, so I thought this would be a nice simple way. If people who haven't been invited (sorry!) wish to donate then please feel free, don't let me stop you. :D :D
Jacob's star exists to support families going through a still or premature birth.
