A hugh thank you to all of those who donated to Daniel's fundraising. Between Just Giving and other fund raising events that have been organised we have reached our target. The money will be put towards the adaptations to Daniel's home, the specialist equipment he is going to need and his ongoing physiotherapy. You have all made a massive difference to my brothers future!!

Between all the different fundraising events that have being organised we have raised another £1875.00. Trefil RFC & The Rhyd did a 10 mile walk on a very wet Saturday. Daniel was able to be at the finishing line to thank those who toook part. Hucclecote Methodist Church raised a staggering £1243.00 which was topped up by a donation from Dee & Griffin Solicitors of £500.00. Discharge date has been postponed until the end of July but thanks to all of you adaption to the Dan's house have started.

Daniel is at Stoke |Mandeville this week competing in the inter unit spinal games. Spinal patients from the 12 units in the UK & Ireland take part. It is also where alot of competitors in the Para Olympics are first spotted. Knowing my brother and his competitive nature I'm sure he'll give it his all and could even end up in the next Para Olympics! I've extended our fundraising as alot of friends are still collecting for different sponsered events. Thank you all again for your awesome support.

Congratulations to Cyrus Dowsell who has completed a 200 length swim to raise funds for Daniel. That's almost 2.5 miles!! Cyrus is 10 years old apart from being half boy half fish he has a massive heart. Thank you Cyrus. Between Cyrus' outstanding effort and money that has been donated outside the fund raising page we're now close to £4500.00. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone of you who has donated. You really will make a massive difference to my brother's future.
