Now then all you good people , training is going really well , two 18 milers under our belts so up to the 20s next which will be in a couple of weeks Another half marathon completed in fleetwood incorporating into 17.8 miles . Not going to lie though it's hard juggling work , training and of course the few injuries but we are fighters and we know it's all for 3 great charities so please friends and family dig deep , put your hands down the back of them sofas and see what loose change you can find , thank you so much for your support xx
