Hi all,

I want to share my ordeal with you all & I'm not ashamed of my situation.

Last Sunday I was subject to a sexual assault & I'm not going to let it get the better of me.

I was vunuable & was enjoying a night in my home town london, I'm not gonna say it hasn't affected me because it has.

I blamed myself because I was drunk but thanks to our fantastic metropolitan police service they kept me safe afterwards.

I have been wanting to say so much this week , but words could never describe my feelings. Anyone who knows me , knows I'm a tough cookie, iv lived in london, Manchester & Brighton.

I never thought this could happen to me!

I want to say a big thank you to our metropolitan police, who have supported me all the way, these guys have given me so much strength & got me through a tough week.

I was supported whole hearted by our services who to be quite honestly are at breaking point.

They showed me love, comparison & never judged me, but only comforted me.

I am lucky enough to have amazing friends around me who care & love me & all I have wanted to do this week is pay something back for all the support I have been given.

It has affected me lots, far more than I could ever tell anyone & sometimes it's easier writing it on here for the world to see.

But I have always believed that together we can make a better place, make a better world & together we can make a safer place for us all to live.

If everyone on my friends list donated £1 I'd raise my target & we could help someone less fortunate than me.

So please guys just look at your bank balance, before you buy that next shot, before that next drink, be careful, be safe & please donate to this worthy cause.
