The Phoenix Project is a new Charity in Hull which aims to help and support young people who are suffering with mental health issues, specifically those with issues of depression, self harm and suicidal tendencies. The service will extend support to family members, including parents and siblings, friends and significant others whilst dealing with the emotional impact these issues may bring.

As a new organisation our aim is to reach as many young people and families who are going through difficult times.

Whether it’s self harm/depression/anxiety/suicidal thoughts, our team is here to help you.

Too many young people & adults are suffering, and it is our aim to ensure you are not alone.
