Story
Having recently returned from the Global One School in Kibera Slum, Kenya i have seen first hand the poverty and daily challenges these people face. All these children want is to learn and realise their dream of a better life away from the 3rd largest urban slum in the world!
After teaching at the school myself its clear that the biggest obstacles are the fact they have such minimal and poor learning materials.
My goal and promise is to now return to these incredible people with 600 new textbooks which could transform their future.
Matthew Kerry and friends will be taking in the extremely tough Welsh 3000 (14 peaks) in order to raise money for this fantastic cause.
