blOKes is a not-for-profit men’s mental health organisation that provides men (16+) with a safe, supportive and non-judgmental platform to open up about their thoughts and feelings, connect with likeminded people and tell a #MaleTale. Users can create a free blOKes account and join an online forum-based community of supportive men sharing stories, experiences, tips and advice based on their own mental health journeys. Through clothing sales, donations and fundraising activities, blOKes aim to make mental health resources, materials and support free to access for men across the UK. Working together alongside their clinical partner, Willow Grove Consulting, blOKes facilitate men’s mental health webinars, seminars talks and events to schools, colleges, universities, sports clubs and businesses across the nation.
