- Funded on Saturday, 7th October 2017

Story
As many of you may know, one of my best friends Jess sadly lost her dad, Jan to cancer in March 2017.
I have decided to take part in the Cardiff half marathon on 1st October 2017 in order to raise money for Jan's Y Bwythyn Fund.
Jan spent his last weeks at Y Bwythyn hospice and this fund has been set up by his wife Rhian and daughters Jess, Billie and Poppy to help with end of life care, so they can provide emergency packages for families who find themselves in these situations.
If you are able to help with any donations it would be hugely appreciated.
