My sister Evie was born on 30th June 2010. She was a 7 year old girl who had hypoplastic left heart sydrome. Evie had a heart transplant in 2014 and was given the chance for a new life. Until we got the most devastating news that she is in heart failure again and will need another heart transplant

in April 2017 Evie came in for a procedure to see how long she has until she will need to be hospitalised. The results came back and yet again bad news had struck the family and she needed to remain in hospital until they had found her a heart.

Evie was in hospital till 22nd October 2017 when my mum got a call to go to the hospital urgently as evie had took a turn for the worst and we will need to get the family together because we will need to say goodbye to her as they can‘t do anything more for her.

These last few months have been the most difficult time for my family and we are wanting a plaque for somewhere to go just to remember her by for being her happy beautiful self and with donations we will be able to afford this for our gorgeous Evie Grace
