Story
At the Dodgeball European Championships 2017 in Glasgow, the Scotland mixed team successfully qualified for the Dodgeball World Championships in New York city. This amazing event is taking place this August in the most famous sports arena in the world - Madison Square Gardens!
However, dodgeball is still a young sport and the road to international recognition needs time to develop, despite the rapid global growth. Subsequently, players must cover the costs of the World Cup themselves. Including flights, accommodation, nutrition and transport for the weekend, costs are looking to be a minimum of £1000.
With your support, I am aiming to raise £650 to go towards these costs. In return, I am going to cycle 50 miles on the 22nd July! These 50 miles represent what lays between any team and reaching the final of the World Cup tournament.*
*The maths: A dodgeball team of 6 can cover up to 7 miles between them in a half hour dodgeball game. With there being 7 games between the group stages of the World Cup tournament and the final, that amounts to 50 miles between us and our goal of being World Champions!
Thank you for your support.

I got into Dodgeball in 2012 thanks to a close friend of mine. Since then, I have represented my university, my city and my nation at countless tournaments all over the world. The World Championships is the biggest tournament yet, but I need some help getting there!
