Story
My sister has happily lived in a rented flat for 12 years. She is now nearing 79. She has been given two months notice as the flat owner has to sell. My sister or family have no money to buy. It is important for my sister's well being to be able to live in the same warden controlled block of flats. She loves the view overlooking the canal as she can see the boats and people which gives her interest. I am concerned for her mental health as she is heartbroken at having to leave. There are no other flats to rent in that location but there is a flat ready to buy there. The owner of her flat has already a buyer. I do not want to see my sister's health suffer because of this. There was no warning given of notice so it has come as quite a shock to her and the family. If a flat could be bought for her there my sister's last years would be secure and happy. Perhaps the flat in later years could be used for the same reasons. We have no intention of making a profit for the family just to help my sister at this sad time.

My sister is shocked and heartbroken at having to leave her home of 12 years. She is 79. I would like her to live these last years in security and peace in the same warden controlled flats. They are privately owned so need funds to buy which we do not have. Her welfare is vital
