Jacob, Josh and I are doing the Harwood House colour run today to raise money and awareness for two charities close to our hearts. We have seen both family and friends nurse their loved ones through Alzheimer's and Motor Neurone disease, we've watched as slowly the sufferers fade away. We've seen immense strength and love as our family and friends have cared for, loved and maintained the dignity of their loved one. It is a tiny thing we are doing and hopefully we will have a giggle along the way, to raise £100 will probably not make a great difference but we will feel accomplished. So this is for, I hope you don't mind being mentioned, all my lovely friends and family who have been affected by both these horrendous, debilitating killer diseases, Caroline, Elana and Ryan Luty, Jackie and Simon Gosling, Mike and Margaret Johnson and Niamh Cooper.
