I am doing the 8 mile walk in belfast on 7th may 2018 in aid of our down syndrome community group! This will help fund the charity as it relies solely on donations. This charity helps my family so much that i want to give back. Walking it with another special DS mama & we would be grateful for anything! Help me reach my target Please!
