Story
In 2019 I am co-leading an international opportunity for young women involved in Girlguiding in the NorthWest region. We will take part in a Friendship Event at Nuestra Cabana in Mexico in 2019, where the participants will have the opportunity to meet and share experiences with Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from other countries, take part in a community service project, and learn all about Mexican culture and traditions - an opportunity of a lifetime for many of the young women chosen to go.
We are fundraising to cover the costs of this journey and have lots of exciting events and activities planned to help us fundraise through the next year. One is cycling or walking to Mexico (more information to follow). I will post updates about how we are doing over the next 12 months.
