I have decided to do a sky dive to fundraise to try and find a future cure for diabetes. I am doing this to challenge myself and to show others that although I am diabetic, nothing will stop me from doing anything I wish to do.

This is my Story.

On August 31st 2003, at the age of two, I was diagnosed with the life threatening condition - Type 1 diabetes. After being unwell for a short time I developed Type 1 diabetes and was rushed into Arrowe Park hospital where staff fought to save my life over-night. Type 1 diabetes can happen to anyone at any time and can lead to many complications including blindness, loss of limbs, heart attacks, strokes and there is no cure. I now rely on insulin to manage my condition and keep me alive.
