I will be running the southend half marathon for chelmsford rough sleepers. This is a charity in which one of my friends kindly donates her time and effort to in order to help people on the streets get every day essentials such as sleeping bags, tents, toiletries etc. It is a cause close to my heart as I believe this day and age no one should be sleeping rough or go without food or drink.
