I am sponsonsering the arthritis uk charity for my mother. My mother got diagnosed with arthritis at a young adult age and at the age of 47 had her first knee replacement which failed. She then went on to have a further 4 on the same knees which is rejected and failed. My mother has arthritis all over her body and will one day need hip replacements. She is disabled and unable to work. In aid to raise money for my mum and the a cure with arthritis I am running the great South run in October and in April 2018 I will be running the Brighton marathon. This is so close to me with it being my mum and I want to raise as much money to one day have a cure for my mum which will be for a knee replacement to work!!
