Many of you will by now have heard of the tragic and accidental death of Belinda (Binnie) Jones last week on Tuesday, whose star shone so brightly but was lost far too young, not quite 34 years old.

The family are devastated to lose another child, but they would like to to let you know that Binnie's funeral will be at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Mytholmroyd at 2pm on Friday 16th March and that you are welcome to attend.

Rather than buying flowers though, please consider donating £5, £10 or more to the Just Giving page set up by a friend of the family. Up to the amount of £4000, the money raised will be split equally between helping to cover part of the funeral costs for the family and Calderdale's local mental health charity, Healthy Minds. Anything raised beyond £4000, and I really hope this is the case, will go directly to Healthy Minds.
