Story
Over the last 10 years I have worked with the NHS to help in rehabilitation for Cancer patients in our community with Weekly rehab classes and 1-2-1 rehab in the studio and at patients homes, helping with equipment and plans in rehabilitation to gain confidence with daily activities and even returning to work.
I am a Level 4 specialist teacher in Cancer rehab and Exercise after Stroke, and the founder of Mind Body and Spirit Barnsley LTD.
The Money raised alll goes towards the patients in receiving this help for FREE.
We are having a fund raising day on the 18th November at 1.30pm with
Yogalates, Coffee/Tea and cake, A book reading by Author Sasha Lane and a Raffle prize draw. Its Free to attend all we ask is that you donate on the day. If you can't make it, please donate what you can to help our community and its patients.
