Help support those linked to suicide and mental health through music therapy & the Jacob Abraham foundation
* My Dad commited suicide in 1987 which has had a huge impact on me and many others that were in his life.
My Dad, Me and my Grandad in 1986.
* 30 years on and there is still a great need for more support for mental health and suicide prevention.
* Jacob Abraham took his life at just 24 years old and his amazing, courageous parents set up the Jacob Abraham foundation in his honour. The aim being to help many others that feel that they cannot go on anymore and support families/friends who have been bereaved by suicide.

*1st I'll be running the Cardiff 10K on Sept 3rd whilst PLAYING A GUITAR!!! : )*
& there will be MORE CHARITY EVENTS to come so watch this space!!! ; p
