Well. I got that all wrong! Auntie Bernice took Emanuel to the hospital yesterday. They removed the feeding tube, but left the stitches in untill next week. Only soup and soft food. They are not sure what the tumour is, so it has been sent for biopsy. The hospital said he must be gentle with the wound. Good to see him smile. God Bless him, He sleeps on the floor at home so I want to pay for a bed and mattress. Please and thank you for your help with that. X

First of all Thanks Clive. Your donation is much appreciated. Emanuel has now had the first of two operations. The surgeon has sent a photograph of what they removed from his mouth. It may prove distressing to some so i will not publish. I can say that he has lost some teeth that were implanted in the tumour. He is now doing well and managed a smile when I sent him a thumbs up. The next operation will be to fix the titanium plate. I am hoping that will also be the base for implanting some teeth. Thanks everyone.

Today Emanuel went to the hospital for his first operation to remove the tumour. I has messaged Auntie Bernice twice, asking how things went, but she has not received the messages. I am hoping it is because she is in the hospital with Emanuel and has no reception. I will keep you updated. God Bless him
